Here’s what to expect when working with me as your sleep coach


My goal as your sleep coach is to work alongside you in understanding your sleep goals and choices in a non-judgemental way, as well as agreeing an approach that best suits you and your little one. I completely understand that all children and babies are different, so you will not be given a “one size fits all” solution. I will help you feel empowered and confident in making positive changes to your child’s sleep, whilst being guided by you. You will not be encouraged or asked to do anything you are uncomfortable with.

We will work together to understand your child’s sleep as a whole. This will involve looking at how they sleep, eat and behave, as well as understanding your journey from pregnancy right through to the present day. By doing this I will be able to fully unpick what might be going on for your little one, helping to provide you with a personalised approach and sleep plan. I will guide you through sleep coaching options available to you, or give you suggestions to routine tweaks. I will support and guide you whilst you implement any changes with your little one.
